You should immediately report the loss or damage of SIT matriculation card to Registrar's Office (Registrar@SingaporeTech.edu.sg), to prevent unauthorized use of the card and for replacement. 

Please also inform the Library, and we will temporarily disabled your SIT card access for borrowing physical materials.  However, you are still able to borrow materials from the Library, using Facial Recognition at the checkout lane or by getting help at the service desk.  After you receive the replacement card, please inform the Library to reactivate the card access.
