Q. I cannot access my library account

Your library account is link to your SIT username and password.

• Staff can login using your Staff ID with @singaporetech.edu.sg as suffix (i.e A88xxx@singaporetech.edu.sg)
• Students can login using your Student ID with @sit.singaporetech.edu.sg as suffix (i.e. 12ABC888X@sit.singaporetech.edu.sg)
• For assistance, email SIT's IT Helpdesk with the following details:
  1. Full Name as per NRIC or FIN
  2. Staff ID or Matric No
  3. Contact no (HP)
  4. Personal email address
• Reset or change your password at the Self-Service Portal
