When using Harvard Business Cases, all users shall comply with the following Rules for use of Harvard Business Publishing Names, Trademarks and Logos

  • You are authorized to use the name HARVARD BUSINESS PUBLISHING and the initials HBP in copy describing your use of HBP content.
  • You are not authorized to use the Harvard Business School shield nor the HBP logo.
  • The names HARVARD, HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL, and HBS cannot be used to describe the relationship with HBP.
  • You may use the name HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL CASES when referring to those cases.
  • You may not register any trademark that contains the word HARVARD, any Harvard shield or logo, the initials HBS or HBP, any other reference to Harvard, nor any words or marks similar to these.
  • All print and online marketing materials and all print and online press releases mentioning “Harvard Business” in any context must first be approved by Harvard Business Publishing in writing.
