If you get the "Waiting for login" message, please disable the pop-up blocker of your browser.

If you receive an error message that Linkedin "refuse to connect", please take note of the following:

  • Do not use the Incognito mode on your browser.
  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
  • Use a different web browser or device.
  • In Firefox, disable the Enhanced Tracking Protection from the URL bar in the browser.
  • In Edge, disable Tracking prevention from the URL bar in the browser.
  • In Chrome, change the Settings under Privacy and Security --> Cookies and other site data. Make sure third-party cookies are enabled.

If you use a mobile device and receive the following error message, please switch to a computer or laptop instead.
